These terms cover your use of Binder Lab at 2starstudio.com, run by OTB Vision LLC (otbvision.com), trading as 2Star Studio ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Binder Lab is
A tool for planning Pokémon card binders. Card data and images come from TCGdex and prices from TCGplayer (via TCGCSV). We show them as they are and can't promise they're complete, correct or up to date. Prices are a guide, not an offer to buy or sell. Binder Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company; Pokémon and card images are trademarks of their owners.
Your account and your binders
- You can use Binder Lab without an account. Signing in with Google saves your binders to your account.
- Your binders are yours. Keep a backup (Settings → Export) if they matter to you; we work hard to keep them safe but can't guarantee against loss.
- Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, get around limits or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Smart (AI) search
Smart search uses AI to read what you type, and can get things wrong. Free use includes 10 fresh Smart searches a day; Supporters get 100 a day. Repeating a search someone already made doesn't count. We may change these limits to keep the service running.
The Supporter plan
- Price: US $5 a year, charged when you subscribe and then once a year until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for the Supporter plan through Stripe Managed Payments: Stripe charges your card, works out and pays any sales tax, VAT or GST (shown at checkout), and can help with billing questions. We never see your full card details.
- What you get: no ads, and 100 Smart searches a day. We may add more over time. If we ever reduce what the plan includes, we'll tell you first and you can cancel for a refund of the unused time.
- Cancelling: any time from Settings → Account → Manage. You keep the plan until the end of the year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Price changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your renewal.
Refunds
- If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of any charge (including a renewal) and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel so you aren't charged again.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5–10 days.
Changes and ending
We may update the site and these terms. We'll change the date above, and for changes that matter we'll let you know on the site. We may stop offering Binder Lab; if we do, we'll give notice, let you export your binders, and refund Supporters for unused time.
No warranty, limited liability
Binder Lab is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for more than what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
